Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.


Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.


Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.


Lost or Stolen Packages

BlankNine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at blanknineclothing@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right.
