Payments

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.

We currently do not offer cash on delivery when you purchase online.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at blanknineclothing@gmail.com.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at blanknineclothing@gmail.com as soon as possible.

We can only make changes or cancel orders within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be processed or shipped, and we won’t be able to make modifications.

If your order has already shipped, you may refer to our return policy for further assistance.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped so you can follow its journey.

First, please check your shipping confirmation email and use the tracking number to see the latest delivery status.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with:

  • Household members or neighbors

  • Your local post office or shipping carrier

If you’re still unable to locate your package, please contact us at blanknineclothing@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll do our best to assist you.

Please note that BlankNine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

We’re sorry about that! Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once we review the issue, we’ll work quickly to make it right — including providing a replacement or refund if approved.
